These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mw888 ("mw888," "we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the mw888 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

mw888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification such as a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID, UMID card, driver's license, or Philippine passport. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) mw888 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein, without prejudice to any other remedy available to mw888.

When registering an mw888 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your registration information if any details change. mw888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mw888 login credentials, including your username and password. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered or claimed. By claiming any bonus on the mw888 Platform, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that bonus.

General bonus terms applicable across all mw888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mw888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days.
